Blackmores is a multivitamins brand established in 1996 by PT Kalbe Australia. Blackmores already had a website, however it didn’t represent their user needs well enough; especially to introduce Blackmores products in Indonesia.
Blackmores Indonesia had the intention to revamp their website to become more user friendly, and also to give consumers information about which products are compatible for them. Our team decided to split the development process into 2 phases, so the pages that are finished can be deployed earlier.
In the products page, users can gain information about Blackmores products with a complete description for every product. For example, for those who suffer from hypertension, they can find out which products are compatible for their condition. This page also informs users that Blackmores products in Indonesia are Halal. Furthermore, the website also contains links to Blackmores Indonesia official online stores in various e-commerce websites.
RGB team was able to adapt to changes of requirements from the client. In some aspects, we view things from a different perspective compared to our client; but finally the development process was finished with just a short adjustment of timeline and the client was satisfied.
