What a blast our annual event was this year! We headed to Pangandaran beach for our Rolling Trip. It was a great chance for our team to bond and recharge, truly highlighting our work-life balance and strong team culture.
At Rolling Glory, our team members, or as we like to call them, our Coasters – are truly at the core of what we do. We believe that a strong, supported team is essential for our success, and we work to show our appreciation every day.

When our Coasters feel good, they contribute their best, and that benefits everyone.
Our recent Rolling Trip to Pangandaran was a good example of this. Beyond the beautiful setting, it was a chance for everyone to connect and recharge. We had a great time with various activities, from thrilling water sports on the beach to engaging in friendly beach games that helped us practice collaboration. There were also plenty of opportunities for more relaxed moments, like sharing delicious local food and simply unwinding by the shore.
A major highlight of the trip was the Loyalty Rewards night. We celebrated Coasters who have been with us for 3, 5, and 10 years, recognizing their commitment. Seeing their genuine pride as our "Hokage" (leaders) thanked them showed us the dedication within our team.
